Responsibilities
Partner with customer success and data teams to deliver actionable insights
Be the subject matter expert on client data and system outputs (accuracy, parameters, SLA)
Troubleshoot and investigate data issues, collaborating with engineering and decision science
Design and deliver reports and visualizations using Power BI (Tableau acceptable)
Conduct root-cause analysis on performance issues and propose improvements
Present findings to client stakeholders (Director / VP level)
Support rollout of new analytics tools and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both Spanish and English
2–4 years of experience in analytics (retail, CPG, or supply chain preferred)
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
Experience visualizing data and telling stories with insights
Excellent communication and presentation ability
Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented with solid time management
Preferred
Familiarity with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Google BigQuery, or SAS
Experience with merchandising, operations, or inventory analytics
Bilingual Spanish skills (for international client opening)
