The role involves collaborating with faculty, staff, and students, as well as supporting various Registrar functions and special projects.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and updating the University Catalog

Schedule courses and classrooms

Schedule Finals and Evening Exams

Monitor and answer questions out of multiple resource accounts

Work with faculty, staff and students on course related issues

Work as part of a team

Supporting other University Registrar functions

Assist with functional testing of the student information system (myZou) and ticketing system

Support Stellic scheduler and registration

Special projects

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

People Soft (myZou)Course schedulingUniversity CatalogTeamworkCommunication

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired

Preferred

People Soft (myZou) experience

Familiarity with course scheduling and University Catalog and Curriculum
