AVP Business and Finance

Responsibilities
Support the achievement of the College’s mission by working in partnership with College leadership, faculty, staff, students, and service providers to develop and implement the College’s financial strategies
Advise the senior leadership team on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters
Oversee all accounting activities related to income auditing, accounts payable processing, accounts receivable collection, tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting
Serve as the liaison with Research Medical Center/HCA Human Resources and with the RMC CFO/Controller
Qualification
Required
BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Proficient in excel and experience in general ledger software
Strong skills in organization and planning
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and develop teams
