Responsibilities
Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple executives; anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries with precision
Support planning and execution for leadership meetings, onsites, and team events
Ensure executives are prepped and informed ahead of every meeting and engagement
Manage confidential information, communications, and documentation with professionalism and discretion
Serve as a trusted partner and representative for the executives with both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and other EAs to streamline systems, tools, and communication across the leadership team
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders (VP or C-level) in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay several steps ahead
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism under pressure
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in crypto, fintech, or startup settings where adaptability and discretion are key
Preferred
Bonus if you are local to the San Francisco Bay Area for access to Phantom's downtown SF office
