Karman Space & Defense is a provider of concept-to-production solutions for mission-critical systems. They are seeking a Pricing Analyst to support proposal development by preparing and analyzing cost proposals in compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare detailed cost/price proposals (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) in compliance with solicitation requirements

Collaborate with proposal teams, engineers, contracts, and finance staff to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), labor estimates, and subcontractor cost inputs

Use pricing tools such as ProPricer and Excel-based models to analyze cost data and develop pricing strategies

Interpret RFPs, RFQs, and other government solicitations to identify cost volume requirements and ensure compliance

Assist in developing and maintaining pricing templates, rate databases, and pricing policies

Support audits, fact-finding, and negotiations with DCAA/DCMA and other customer representatives

Conduct 'should-cost' analysis and support strategic pricing efforts for competitive proposals

Prepare internal pricing briefings and ensure adherence to internal review and approval processes
