District Sales Manager - Northern Midwest (MN, WI, ND, SD)

Execute district sales strategies to align with the company’s overall goals
Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, fostering strong and professional relationships
Identify opportunities for growth and secure new dealer partnerships
Ensure exceptional dealer support and satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
Meet or exceed district sales revenue targets
Monitor sales performance and develop action plans for improvement
Respond to dealer inquiries via email and phone promptly (same day)
Provide guidance on product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities
Conduct at least 20 physical dealer visits per month to strengthen relationships and provide on-site support
Gather market feedback during visits to inform business strategies
Recruit 2-4 new dealers in the assigned district per month
Assess and approve dealer applications in alignment with company standards
Analyze district market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
Prepare and submit monthly sales and activity reports
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
