The Analyst, Global Mobility and US Health & Welfare Benefits will provide administrative and analytical support for Global Mobility and US benefit programs, ensuring accurate vendor payments and managing benefit administration tasks.

Responsibilities

Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate payment, analyze trends in vendor billing to identify potential issues or identify areas for improvement

Monitor budget and analysis of vendor spend on a monthly basis

Perform month end closing procedures, including reconciling account balances, cross charging expenses, and preparation of financial documents

Develop and manage project plans to ensure the team meets deadlines and deliverables

Respond to vendor and stakeholder inquiries regarding costs, billing, and expense payments

Maintain financial records and oversee preparation and completion of year-end activities

Audit list of mobility employees’ status and initiate action as appropriate

Maintain list of deadlines and expiration dates for mobility vendors

Oversee US domestic relocation process with vendor

Support health and welfare benefits plan administration by managing benefits mailbox

Familiar with aspects of benefits administration, including benefits-related federal regulations such as ERISA, COBRA, FMLA and ACA

Required

Bachelor Degree required

2+ years of Global Mobility or US Benefits related experience

Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of Global Mobility and US Benefits

Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially

Ability to operate in global environment

Analytical and decision-making skills

Strong organizational skills and Detail-oriented

Preferred

Coupa or related accounts payable software experience preferred

Workday or related HCM software experience preferred
