Au Bon Pain Customer Service Specialist

Follow all Au Bon Pain and food safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to effectively write and communicate in English
Must be able to exert well paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours
Must have the ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds in weight
Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and use finger dexterity for periods up to 4 hours at a time
Must be able to stand for up to four (4) hours at a time
Must be able to visibly differentiate colors for the purposes of food safety
Must be able to work when exposed to wet floors, temperature extremes and loud noise
Must be able to work independently with the appropriate amount of supervision
Preferred
One year in a food preparation position
Experience in a high volume a la carte operation and proven customer service skills
Successful cash register experience
Experience with MICROS registers
Working knowledge of standard commercial kitchen equipment
Current managerial ServSafe certification
Demonstrates a professional demeanor
Experience working with students and a diverse multi cultural staff
Successful experience assisting customers
