Executive Assistant to Chief Human Resource Officer

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer by managing daily operations, optimizing time, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar, emails, phone calls, and daily agenda to ensure efficient scheduling
Serve as gatekeeper, screening requests and prioritizing the Executive’s time
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and engagements
Track and follow up on key action items to ensure timely execution
Process and track business expenses
Will also support three other executives with light meetings and calendar as needed
Plan and manage domestic and international travel logistics
Organize executive meetings, offsites, and special events
Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently to support business priorities
Act as the primary liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
Expertise in complex calendar management across multiple time zones
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree required
