Responsibilities
Track I&C project activities, including scope, schedule, and cost baselines
Develop project documentation such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), change management logs, and meeting minutes
Participate in weekly and monthly status review meetings (MSPR), helping prepare reports and presentations
Contribute to risk and opportunity assessments, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking
Engage with project controls to monitor earned value metrics and schedule performance
Help maintain SharePoint sites and project dashboards for real-time visibility into project health
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related), project management, or business
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completed Sophomore year of college
Interest in nuclear energy, instrumentation systems, or engineering environments
Experience with technical documentation or engineering design tools
No relocation assistance provided
