Responsibilities
You’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Maybern’s Scenario Modeling product
You’ll develop product concepts, test plans, and functional specifications that bring a new category-defining product to market
You’ll lead the team with an organized, agile approach that balances rapid iteration with technical excellence, and define the KPIs that drive product decisions and measure success
You’ll conduct user research and data analysis to understand our clients’ needs
You’ll analyze client data and feedback to inform business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision
You’ll balance the ultimate user experience with business goals, and break down complex problems in order to locate and manage their solutions
You’ll synthesize learnings to share cross-functionally
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to define, execute and refine our product vision
Qualification
Required
6+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability of setting strategic direction for a cross-functional team of engineers and product designers, and leading end-to-end, through ideation, launch, and iteration
An entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to develop a product vision and to create quality experiences that accommodate user needs and business outcomes
Passionate about working on large and complex systems with undefined/unscoped problems and delivering results in an organized manner
Ability and mindfulness to clearly communicate and effectively collaborate with team members across all levels of the organization
Obsessed with details and excited to 'get into the weeds'
Preferred
Experience working with financial or analytical software, especially products that involve forecasting, modeling, or complex data interactions
