Responsibilities
Coordination with functional areas & FP&A teams across the enterprise to understand integration plans (& any subsequent changes) and resulting financial impacts
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for integration costs
Financial analysis & reporting: Accurately analyze & explain key drivers and monthly variance
Assist in the performance of governance activities over integration costs
Assist in capture and tracking of financial synergies from the deal
Executive business presentations: Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences; clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams
Be comfortable working in white space and supporting ad-hoc requests on Acquisition related topics
Continuously evaluate processes; Develop and implement process improvements
Independently manage, prioritize, and delegate tasks
Act as project lead for certain responsibilities to other analysts on the team
Express strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years' of experience in financial analysis
At least 2 years' of experience with financial modeling
Strong communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong influencing skills
Ability to articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights
Ability to partner with business leadership to assess the financial implications of acquisition related activity
Ability to develop camera ready presentations for senior executive audiences
