Center Street Lending is one of the largest lenders for residential transition and ground-up loans for residential investors. They are seeking a VP of Capital Raising to expand their investor base and manage relationships with high net worth and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

Growing our investor base of high net worth, ultra-high net worth, family office, and institutional investors

Communicating a sharp vision about our Company and our investment offerings

Providing ongoing communications with our investors about existing investment vehicles

Establishing relationships with additional capital providers to identify co-investors/lenders for larger transactions

Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Determining plans for company presence at conventions, annual meetings, industry events, and seminars

Creating online and offline marketing materials for both the Company and our investment offerings

Developing clear and measurable goals and reporting progress regularly to improve future results
