Responsibilities
Defining and evolving the roadmap for our shopping and content experiences, from discovery to personalization
Translating data, VOC signals, and market research into product moves that lift conversion and customer satisfaction
Partnering with UX, Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Care to create intuitive, inspiring shopping journeys
Leading Agile rituals—backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization—with clarity and purpose
Owning personalization experiments (A/B testing, tagging, taxonomy) that ensure the right content reaches the right customer
Troubleshooting content or platform issues, ensuring smooth operations across a high-traffic site
Qualification
Required
6+ years of ecommerce product management, leading shopping or content-rich digital platforms
Hands-on experience with personalization tools (Dynamic Yield or similar), A/B testing, and CMS/content modeling
Strong UX fundamentals—you can guide a junior designer and advocate for clean, intuitive journeys
Data confidence: comfortable pulling insights from GA, VOC, and market research to shape product direction
Comfort balancing strategic roadmap ownership with tactical triage, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
Ability to write crisp user stories, run Agile processes, and deliver measurable impact in fast-paced environments
