Commercial and Industrial Sales Rep
Culligan Ultrapure is a trusted provider of water purification solutions, seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their Commercial & Industrial team. The role involves driving business growth by securing new customers and nurturing existing accounts in the water treatment industry, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and lead generation
Grow Existing Accounts: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities for expansion
Optimize Sales Processes: Use NetSuite CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and ensure you’re on target to meet KPIs and revenue goals
Present Solutions: Write and deliver engineering-based solutions and quotes for industrial and commercial water purification systems that address client needs
Customer-Focused: Oversee customer satisfaction by ensuring all needs are met, and projects are followed up on for successful installation and beyond
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High energy, results-oriented, and passionate about customer service and sales
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred
BS degree preferred, ideally in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the water industry (but we're open to strong candidates from other fields)
