Responsibilities
Provide behavioral health support to residents including behavioral health assessments, psycho education, skill building, and engaging/maintaining external supports
Provide supervision and support to psychiatric technicians under the direction of the Program Manager/Director
Contribute to Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives
Complete tasks associated with County service authorizations and electronic health record maintenance connected to company required BH assessments
Assist with program coverage, as needed along with the rest of the management team
Participate in the Admin-on-call rotation
Qualification
Required

Ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
Provide direct behavioral health support to residents diagnosed with mental illness
Promote wellness and independence for residents
Serve as a key member of the residential management team
Provide behavioral health assessments
Conduct psycho education and skill building
Engage and maintain external supports
Provide supervision and support to psychiatric technicians under the direction of the Program Manager/Director
