The User Experience Communications intern will support the User Experience & Adoption team by creating engaging communications and promoting IT tools and services during a paid full-time hybrid summer internship.

Responsibilities

Draft and edit IT collaboration and adoption communications, including emails, newsletters, and intranet posts

Help plan and implement tool adoption campaigns to increase awareness and usage

Collaborate with company partners to gather feedback and promote programs

Develop user-friendly content such as quick tips, guides, and training materials

Support internal communities (e.g., Viva Engage) by posting updates, answering questions, and sharing success stories

Qualification

Digital communication platformsGraphic design skillsVideo editing skillsInterest in technologyCommunications degree

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Completed Sophomore year of college

Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet, social collaboration tools)

Basic graphic design or video editing skills

Interest in technology and how individuals experience technology in the workplace
