The Presales Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring successful integration of Hivemind products in AI and autonomy applications throughout the presales process.

Responsibilities

Contribute to White Papers, Request For Information Responses, Contract review, and Proposals
Generate and deliver technical briefings tailored to customer needs
Become a user of the Hivemind enterprise software stack and an expert in Hivemind Solutions
Support the development and execution of demos
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Hivemind demos
Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer feedback and improve products
Visit customers on site globally to support presales activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong technical writing skills
5+ years of experience of industry experience
Technical background in software engineering
Intermediate proficiency in writing modern C++ code
Intermediate proficiency in writing Python code
Intermediate proficiency with Linux operating systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
USG Security Clearance

Preferred

3+ years of experience in an presales/solutions engineering role
3+ years of experience working in a startup environment
Experience in the defense aviation, autonomy, or robotics industry
