Responsibilities
Develop models and experiments to identify trends, detect anomalies, and optimize decision-making
Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Growth to design and evaluate A/B tests and predictive systems
Build and maintain data pipelines and tools to support scalable analytics
Translate raw data into insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Contribute to the design of fraud detection, credit, and risk-scoring models
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in fintech or consumer products
Strong background in statistics, modeling, and machine learning
Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using frameworks like pandas, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Looker, Metabase, or similar)
Experience working with cross-functional teams to turn insights into product or operational improvements
Startup mindset: analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
