GMIC AI is creating innovative solutions that bridge voice and intelligence through their product Telalive, which connects landline phones to AI voice agents. The Full-Stack R&D Engineer will collaborate with the founder to develop and integrate voice agent flows, LLM workflows, and telephony systems, contributing to a transformative product for small businesses.

Responsibilities

You’ll work with the founder to bring Telalive’s Voice AI Agent to life—integrating real-time telephony, LLM reasoning, and wearable hardware data streams

You’ll build voice agent flows (ASR / TTS / dialogue state / CRM integration)

You’ll create LLM workflows: function calling, memory, RAG, and prompt analytics

You’ll work on SIP / PSTN / WebRTC integrations using Twilio or Asterisk

You’ll handle BLE + Wi-Fi device communication for MIC04 / MIC05 (uploads, OTA, pairing)

You’ll develop React / Next.js dashboards and landing pages that convert ideas to users

You’ll establish metrics pipelines: response rate, conversion, retention—measured and improved weekly

Required

You can take a concept from prototype → MVP → live by yourself

You think in systems, not tickets: Node.js / TypeScript or Python / FastAPI

You understand voice: ASR, TTS, VAD, streaming audio

You've touched Twilio, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or WebRTC

You have basic design taste—React + Figma won't scare you

You're driven by impact, not hierarchy

Preferred

BLE / Wi-Fi device SDK integration experience

Shipped any voice agent or conversational AI to real users

Prior work in healthcare, retail, or call-center automation

Comfortable running quick A/B tests, data dashboards, or growth tools
