Saransh Inc is seeking an experienced AWS Full Stack Senior Developer to contribute to both application development and production support activities. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement, while providing L2/L3 production support and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support, proactively monitor system performance, and resolve issues in a timely manner
Use Dynatrace (or similar APM tools) for root cause analysis and performance optimization
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Spring Boot, and AWS
Perform incident management, problem resolution, and work on permanent fixes
Collaborate with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance
Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automate operational tasks
Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SLAs are met for all critical applications
Contribute to documentation, monitoring dashboards, and operational runbooks

Required

Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.)
Proficiency in React.js (front-end) and Spring Boot / Java (back-end) development
Proven experience in Production Support and application troubleshooting
Expertise in Dynatrace for performance monitoring and issue analysis
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
