Responsibilities
Responsible for the input of new loans booked in Jack Henry (Private Wealth Management, Corporate & Institutional, Warehouse Lines and Commercial Real Estate loans)
Pre-funding review of Institutional and TD-secured loan documents
Maintain and control of Legal Documents for International loans in a safekeeping cabinet
Prepare reconciliations for the General Ledgers affected by the Client Services Department
Responsible for scanning of loan documents and daily work
Verify and process payments in the JHE loan system
Verify and process payments in the DMI Tellerview system
Enter all GL entries as daily recap on non-posted items
Review and mail to the borrowers’ loan notices produced by the system
Review of Insurance and Taxes status for loans booked in Jack Henry on a weekly basis
Coordinating with Relationship Managers / Officers for items needed from Clients
Assist in gathering sampling requested by auditors
Other duties may be assigned from time to time on a temporary or permanent basis
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Fundamental knowledge of general banking principles, philosophies, and operations
Knowledge of accounting and preparation of reports
Working knowledge of laws and regulations impacting international loan operations
Basic knowledge in Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Minimum 3 years' experience in banking or loan environment that will provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Speak, read and write English and Spanish
