Responsibilities

Act as a liaison by proactively engaging the right teams when issues arise; act with urgency and drive results
Manage customer-reported issues, routing them quickly to the appropriate owners
Serve as a point of escalation, enabling fast response and resolution
Coordinate closely with teams for server/GPU-related turnover and escalations
Engage technicians, facilitate GPU rack troubleshooting, and triage racks for next steps / testing opportunities
Remain calm and succinctly provide executive-level updates
Ensure stakeholder alignment and maintain project velocity across multiple regions
Drive communications across time zones to ensure continuity among all technical and program stakeholders
Prioritize per-shift deliverables and disseminate information to all vendors
Support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within Abilene and future Stargate projects
Operate within a rotation schedule to provide continuous war room coverage (days, nights, weekends)
Identify gaps in process and partner with teams to resolve
Skilled communicator and organizer with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight timelines
Calm under pressure with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes operations involving many moving parts
Technical fluency in server and GPU rack deployments, infrastructure delivery, and data center operations
Proactive program leader with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of driving results
Extensive experience in program delivery within hyperscale, cloud, and other fast-paced, mission-critical environments
Proven stakeholder manager adept at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse teams and functions
Flexible and adaptable capable of working across time zones and evolving business priorities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
