Responsibilities
Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill open requisitions of low to moderate complexity
Sources and recruits candidates by using social media, networks and employee referrals
Screens and analyzes candidate resumes and job applications
Assesses and manages external recruiting vendors and search firms
Updates job descriptions and job specifications
Prepares and extends offers
Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices
Manages relationships with Business Unit hiring managers, acting a business partner
Works with a large degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience
Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with recruiting related systems and tools highly desirable
