Responsibilities

Deliver quota for assigned accounts
Develop and implement strategic growth plans in alignment with business objectives
Foster customer partnerships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with field sales leadership, sales representatives and marketing team to execute growth strategies
Advocate for customers and resolve issues
Gather market intelligence to inform customer-centric innovation
Analyze market data and recommend solutions
Travel to support events and field engagement
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree (Business/ Marketing preferred)
Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience; construction industry a plus
Strong interpersonal negotiation and strategic skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead through influence
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business intelligence/reporting software
Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
