Permit Coordinator

The City of Pasco is seeking a Permit Coordinator to assist customers with the permitting process. The role involves providing accurate information on City codes and zoning while delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Qualification

ICC certificationPermit technician experienceMicrosoft OfficeCustomer serviceBilingual (English/Spanish)Critical thinking

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one-year experience as a permit technician, planning, building, public works, construction customer service, and/or municipal land development
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
ICC certification as Permit Technician or obtain within the probationary period

Preferred

Associate's Degree preferred
Previous experience in local government preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
