Responsibilities

Complete Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) in accordance with MIL-STD-3034 (series) (Navy) and assist other team members in the completion of RCMA
Develop Maintenance Requirement List (MRL), List of Effective Pages (LOEP) and Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and assist other team members in the completion of MRLs, LOEPs, and MIPs. Format will be as directed by USCG
Develop ELEX MPCs that will be ready for publication and assist other team members in the completion of MPCs. MPC content will be developed using the Coast Guard’s Maintenance Development process covered in CGTO PG-85-00-230-G, Joint Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development Process Guide (Current Version/Edition) and current standards and practices
Assign RCMA and MPC development tasking to team members and track/manage tasking to completion in accordance with current practices
Communicate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), SFLC Product Line POCs, C5I Service Center System Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to facilitate completion of assigned tasking
Support/utilize the CG-22 process through RCMA, MPC development, and MPC updates
Attend meetings and conferences
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen to qualify
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Eight (8) years of experience in USCG or DOD electronics maintenance development/performance
Hold a current RCM Level-II Maintenance Analysis Certification by the USCG or NAVSEA or obtain Certification within six (6) months of hire date
Familiarity with the following USCG/OGA IT tools: SFLC Central, Naval and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Coast Guard Part Availability Research Tool (CGPart), Defense Logistics Information Service Tools (FEDLOG/WebFLIS), Fleet Logistics System (FLS/COGNOS), and Surface Maintenance Development Portal (SMDP)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and Teams) and CG Workstation
Pass a drug screen and federal background check is mandatory
Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) to access USCG IT systems and facilities
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
