Automation Engineer I - Document Services
Continuous is a company that provides intelligent automation solutions for financial institutions. They are seeking an Automation Engineer I to manage customer issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and improve customer experiences with their Encapture software.

Responsibilities
Work on customer issues, manage escalations, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
Understand, document, collaborate, troubleshoot, and resolve classification and extraction problems in real world settings
Communicate and educate the customer throughout the process
Use information to solve problems for the customer and collaborate with the support team
Improve quality of documentation for customers and reduce time to resolution for customer cases
Familiarize yourself with the team, the product, the customers and Continuous software as it functions in a Production Environment
Learn about the existing team, various customer bases, how support manages cases for the product and focus on understanding how to troubleshoot Encapture
Gain comfort and familiarity with the functionalities of Encapture and how it brings value to our customers
Familiarize yourself and start gaining experience with the most common types of technical challenges and innovative automation solutions for Encapture
Take/Watch training videos on various topics related to Encapture
Engage with senior members to get trained in product understanding
Collaborate with leadership and support team senior members to understand cases and policies
Take proactive ownership of addressing and monitoring Encapture cases as they come in
Promote a supportive and guiding culture toward customers to increase the value of Continuous software and gain customer loyalty
Proficient in communication of an issue and steps taken to troubleshoot and resolve it
Leverage any best practices to continually help the customer use and understand the product
Proactive engagement with all team members and leadership to improve the customer and the agent experience
Identify areas for training and knowledge improvement and work with leadership to establish changes
Embrace a culture of engagement, teamwork and learning towards significant customer impact
Grow technically as you challenge yourself and immerse yourself in the world of document capture software
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting and resolving Software Application scenarios for Enterprise Customers
Strong support team that is technically equipped to correctly diagnose and use creativity and passion for problem solving
Ability to build a customer service-minded approach in communication, organization and proactiveness
Comfortable working with Enterprise customers in high-stress production environments
Ability to provide patient, customer-focused, technical expertise
Effective communication to understand customer pain points
Motivated when working with a diverse team
Intellectually curious and willing to try out new techniques
Accountable and willing to own mistakes
Ability to commit to deadlines and deliver on promises
