Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals and preferences
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and holiday packages
Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and activities
Ensure all bookings and client details are accurate and organized
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure a seamless experience
Stay current on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions
Qualification
Required
A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
Comfortable using online tools and travel platforms (training provided)
Preferred
Previous travel industry or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
