Metal GPU Driver Engineer
Apple’s GPU Software team enables developers to harness the power of the GPU across all of Apple's innovative products. The role involves collaborating with engineers to build tools and APIs for cutting-edge graphics, machine learning, and compute applications on Apple Silicon devices.

Responsibilities
Understand the graphics pipeline
Carry forward highly complex software debug efforts
You are results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed
Qualification
Required
GPU programming with Metal, DirectX, Vulkan, CUDA, Direct Compute, OpenGL, or OpenCL
Programming knowledge of C/C++ and Python
Knowledge of realtime graphics/image processing algorithms and machine learning
Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences to explain experimental outcomes and technical roadblocks
Technical BS/MS degree
Preferred
Experience with machine learning authoring frameworks such as PyTorch is a plus
