Responsibilities

Lead weekly PHCO Clinical Functional Workgroup meetings, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on key initiatives

Manage and maintain the PHCO business process project plan, tracking progress and ensuring timely deliverables

Provide weekly updates and reports during leadership meetings, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, navigate, and implement solutions that address market operational needs and align with system development capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience

Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools

Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments

Preferred

Master's degree preferred

PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Population Health initiatives and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading clinical systems migrations

TruCare clinical system experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective task follow-up and follow-through

Excellent organizational and time management skills
