Future Opening: Professional Project/Client Manager for Creative Sign Company
American Sign Studio is a fast-growing creative company that designs, fabricates, and installs high-impact signs and experiential graphics. They are seeking an experienced Project/Client Manager to manage the entire sign lifecycle, acting as the link between clients, salespersons, designers, and the production team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations with clear, consistent communication
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site surveys and manage the permitting process with local authorities
Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including designers, production artists, fabricators, and installers to ensure seamless execution. Conduct project kick-off and progress meetings
Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensuring profitability
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all deliverables from design proofs to the finished product. Enforce high-quality standards and ensure brand consistency
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Vendor Management: maintaining relationships, overseeing the selection, communication, cost-effectiveness and performance of third-party suppliers who provide specialized materials or services like complex hardware, components, or installation crews
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Client/Project Manager in the sign manufacturing, architectural, interior design, the construction industry or similar is required
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and software (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
A deep understanding of construction, multi-family housing construction, commercial real estate, the design process, signage fabrication & installation process, materials, and relevant local regulations (e.g., ADA compliance)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
A detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Client/Project Management, Construction, Design) or equivalent work experience
Coach-ability & a great personality
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage all the many types of people
Eye for design and a high level of taste
YOU MUST LIVE IN THE COLUMBUS MSA
Preferred
Experience with graphic design and branding is a plus
Certifications: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certifications are not necessary but helpful
