Responsibilities
Own and drive engineering changes and product improvements
Be the go-to problem solver across engineering, operations, and service
Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives - we aim for zero defects!
Manage facility and process updates that keep things running smoothly
Work with suppliers, vendors, and our in-house teams to make good things even better
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
10+ years in a manufacturing environment - this is a must
Strong understanding of product development, quality, and lean principles
ERP and Microsoft Office skills (Infor SyteLine experience is a plus)
A “can-do” attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
Preferred
Bonus points if you bring EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) know-how
