Responsibilities

Development and expansion of the assigned sales territory
Become an IVOSTUD brand ambassador by establishing representation and recognition of the company in the sales region
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline ($ value) with high-potential opportunities
Conduct virtual and in-person sales calls, ensuring both meet or exceed monthly targets
Send a high volume of quotes and ensure follow-ups to maximize conversions
Manage customer relationships, providing tailored solutions and support
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive sector
Ensure accurate tracking of sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline management
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth post-sales support
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally

Required

3+ years of industrial or automotive Technical sales experience, preferably with a special focus on the automotive sector or in the field of welding technology
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to track and analyze sales performance using Excel, and dashboards
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
Proactive, results-driven professional with a strong technical sales background
Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally

Preferred

Knowledge of stud welding equipment and applications is a strong plus
German or Spanish speaking is plus
