Responsibilities
Assist with Customer Energy Proposals: Support the energy solutions sales team with the development of energy proposals for customers by evaluating customer energy usage, calculating expected customer utility bill impacts, and creating customer communication materials, including competitive bid submissions. Learn about the various energy products and services that Prologis offers to its customers
Conduct Market and Regulatory Research: Assist with research and analysis related to upcoming solar and storage sales for on-site and utility customers, including reviewing regulatory frameworks and utility procurement cycles to identify Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) opportunities. Conduct financial analysis to determine viability of new sales opportunities or markets
Support Out-of-Platform Sales Strategy: Contribute to Prologis Energy’s new rooftop solar campaign targeting out-of-platform buildings by assisting with key customer identification, data analysis, and preparation for offtake negotiations and agreement execution
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising sophomores - seniors) or graduate program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges
Collaborative team player with a supportive approach
