Crunch Fitness is looking for a customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, assisting customers with check-in and check-out, handling front desk operations, and engaging in various guest interactions.

Greet every guest with a smile

Assist guests with the registration process

Answer phone calls and take messages accurately

Anticipate the needs of guests and build rapport

Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately, escalating to management when necessary

Maintain accurate records of registration and payment information

Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

High School Diploma/GED required
