Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features across pricing, booking, and payment systems
Collaborate with clinicians and operations staff to translate real-world workflows into intuitive software
Integrate with complex healthcare systems including EHRs, insurance platforms, and lab providers
Write clear documentation, run QA for your features, and ensure smooth deployments
Thrive in an early-stage environment where engineers take ownership across product, data, and infrastructure

Required

2–6 years of experience as a full-stack or frontend engineer
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (prior startup experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of modern web technologies — experience with frameworks like Next.js, React, or Ruby on Rails is highly valued
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from product discussions to deployment
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Mission-driven and excited to improve access to healthcare (no prior healthcare experience required)

Preferred

Experience integrating third-party APIs or working with complex data models
Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, and scalable backend systems
Interest in product design or data-driven decision-making
Background in startups or small teams where autonomy and cross-functional work were key
