Responsibilities
Build Financial Models for Acquisitions: Develop discounted cash flow models to analyze returns for potential acquisition opportunities, gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling and investment analysis
Create Proforma Models for Development Projects: Assist in building proforma models for potential build-to-suit or speculative development projects, contributing to the evaluation and planning of new investments
Manage Sales Comparison Database: Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of sales comparables across markets to support analysis of regional trends and property values
Maintain Base Case Models for Land Bank: Prepare and update base case proforma models for existing land bank assets to assist in ongoing property management and evaluation
Provide Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with teams and departments globally to assist with investment analysis projects and share insights that support business decisions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising sophomores - seniors) or graduate program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges
Collaborative team player with a supportive approach
