Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems
Perform thorough inspections to ensure safe and code-compliant work
Keep detailed documentation (notes, photos, diagrams) to support efficient service and follow-up
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
Recommend upgrades or additional services when appropriate
Always put safety first—yours, your team’s, and your customers’
Deliver world-class service that builds trust and long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
No experience required – we'll train the right candidate!
Mechanical aptitude and 2+ years of in-home sales experience are a big plus!
A positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools confidently
Great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Always put safety first—yours, your team's, and your customers'
Preferred
Strong in-home sales experience (2+ years preferred)
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards (a plus)
Experience with garage door systems or ServiceTitan is a bonus—but not required!
