They are seeking a Senior Appian Data Analyst to leverage Appian’s analytics and reporting capabilities to provide advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting for the DAMIS program, supporting the Army G-1 mission.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and interpret datasets within DAMIS and across Army personnel systems
Build Appian dashboards and visualizations that provide leadership with real-time readiness and compliance metrics
Apply statistical and analytical methods to support Army G-1 mission requirements
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement in DAMIS workflows and reporting
Support the integration of Appian data with external Army systems and enterprise platforms
Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, and Army stakeholders to ensure data-driven sprint delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or relevant experience
5 - 7 years of professional data analysis experience with Appian
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Active or Interim DoD SECRET clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered

Preferred

Prior DoD/Army data analysis experience
Familiarity with Palantir, AI/ML techniques, or predictive analytics
Proficiency with SQL and BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Security+ or related DoD 8570 certification
