Responsibilities
Continuously grow your technical expertise while contributing to team development
Follow safety protocols and create a secure environment for clients and coworkers
Maintain accurate records of all work, including notes, diagrams, and photos
Conduct thorough inspections of installations and repairs to meet industry standards
Ensure workmanship guarantees that exceed customer expectations
Provide professional, empathetic customer service at all times
Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives
Document interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Seize upsell opportunities when appropriate
Stay knowledgeable about all products and services
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clean MVR required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand tools
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Time management and multitasking skills
Preferred
Experience with garage door installation, repair, and maintenance is a plus
Familiarity with OSHA safety rules and best practices
Experience with ServiceTitan software a plus
Ability to adapt to different customer personalities
