Responsibilities

Maintain Building and Land Inventory Database: Update and manage a centralized database of building and land inventory that is visually accessible and exportable into a spreadsheet format. Include information on the competitive set, development status, and key watchlist items

Track Leasing Proposals: Create and maintain a centralized database for Build-to-Suit (BTS) and Spec leasing proposals, including City View, West View, Mountain View, and other active projects

Evaluate Land Use and Rezoning Processes: Conduct a review of Greater Nashville’s land use codes and rezoning processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and strategic alignment

Develop Cost Model Repository: Create a centralized database of development cost models to support project budgeting, financial analysis, and future decision-making
