Provide excellent in-home customer service, offering professional, clear communication
Perform safety inspections and document your work clearly using photos and service notes
Identify and recommend helpful solutions—no high-pressure sales, just great service
Collaborate with your team and utilize tools like ServiceTitan to stay organized and efficient
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and operate hand and power tools confidently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow your skillset
High school diploma or GED required
Prior garage door experience is a plus—but we will train the right candidate
