They are seeking a Pipe Foreman who will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the performance of staff in pipe-fitting jobs, while maintaining clear communication between the field and office.

Responsibilities
Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources
Planning 3 weeks ahead, ordering materials, equipment, supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries
Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations
Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings
Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the installation of chilled water piping systems
Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals
Ability to lay out and create simple drawings for prefab
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
High School Diploma or G.E.D
