Sales Director (US) - Agencies (m/f/d)
Kayzen is a mobile demand-side platform focused on democratizing programmatic advertising. The Sales Director will drive customer satisfaction and foster relationships in the US market while developing new revenue channels and opportunities with agency customers.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the GM Revenue to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for expanding our agency business in the US
Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders in the agency, programmatic, and mobile advertising markets in the US
Acquire new customers by leveraging your existing network and systematically growing your network in alignment with our GTM strategy and target buyer profile
Actively engage with customers, partners, and other market participants to identify and propose new revenue growth opportunities
Understand customer needs and proactively suggest product expansion ideas to the product teams to enhance customer value
Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements
Qualification
Required
Proven business leadership in digital advertising sales either vendor or agency-side. This is a quota carrying role
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a structured problem-solving approach and a focus on KPIs
Strong communication and people-oriented, both internally and externally
Excellent work ethic, results-driven, persuasive, and highly proactive
Good business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Flexible to travel both domestically and internationally, specifically London and New York
Preferred
Previous experience in driving business and revenue growth with US clients is a big bonus
