Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install residential garage doors and openers
Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions
Upsell products and services based on customer needs
Complete 4–5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided)
Ensure a professional, safe, and positive customer experience every time
Qualification
Required
Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades)
Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals
Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen
Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
