Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions

Implement engineering best practices to ensure scalability and uptime

Track and report on platforms performance and availability metrics

Be involved in all stages of the model development lifecycle from design to development, testing, and deployment

Design and implement scalable and reliable systems to AI applications

Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement technical designs and solutions

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and continuously improve the platform to meet the changing needs of the company

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Systems or Information Technology

7+ years of experience in working with AWS Services, Enterprise Architecture best practices, system engineering and security

7+ years of development experience or significant knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operation

5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, AI Frameworks, AIOps

Familiarity with Containerization and Orchestration technologies, Sagemaker

Strong software troubleshooting, problem solving and system analysis skills

Willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly

Experience working with remote teams in a matrixed environment

Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence
