Responsibilities
Support Space Planning and Data Collection: Assist with space planning activities, lease comps and mapping capabilities in Google Earth to track competitors in the market. Additionally, the collection of energy meter data to support operational efficiency and sustainability goals
Maintain Building Utilization Data: Help update and manage BUD (Building Utilization Data) to ensure accurate records of property usage and occupancy
Contribute to Marketing Initiatives: Prepare marketing collateral and support leasing teams to enhance outreach and customer engagement
Enhance Cross-Functional Coordination: Provide timely support across Operations, Construction Management, Leasing, and Marketing teams to strengthen collaboration and project execution
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising sophomores - seniors) or graduate program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges
Collaborative team player with a supportive approach
