Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of state-specific revenue growth strategies aligned with education policy trends
Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with state government officials and education stakeholders to secure contracts and partnerships
Navigate RFPs, procurement processes, grant programs, and state budget cycles to maximize market opportunities
Manage external lobbyists and advocacy consultants to address regulatory and policy challenges
Represent Magma at Education events and within strategic networks
Qualification
Required
5+ years commercial leadership including business development and market expansion experience
3+ years working directly with government agencies, preferably at the state level
Preferred
Strong expertise in education sector policies, state government funding, and procurement dynamics
