Responsibilities

Perform general residential carpentry, including rough and finish work
Execute demolition, deconstruction, and site preparation tasks
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Assist the SJD Supervisor in managing crew members, subcontractors, and project schedules
Communicate effectively with the Supervisor, team, and clients
Protect client property and ensure proper site containment
Conduct material inspections and assist with take-offs

Required

Comfortable using email, text, and phone for communication
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Capability to work on feet for extended periods
Perform duties requiring manual dexterity and strength
